Softshell Lieblingsjacken-Kopie

Vom Schweden-Trip habe ich mir beim Werksverkauf von Fjällräven eine absolute Lieblingsjacke mitgebracht. Sie wurde über die Jahre heiß geliebt und muss dringend ersetzt werden. Leider lässt sich nirgends eine Jacke aus dünnem Windstopper-Fleece mit Daumenlöchern und Tasche auftreiben. Fleece gibt es nur langhaarig, Windstopper nur in rascheligem Softshell, Daumenlöcher kaum und in Kombination natürlich schon gleich gar nicht. Jetzt habe ich akzeptiert, dass es Softshell sein muss, will aber wenigstens die Optik und den im Rahmen des Winterjacken-Sewalongs 15 „retten“. Darum habe ich mir die Schnitteile abgenommen (zerstörungsfrei) und mich tapfer an Softshell gewagt.

From my trip to sweden I brought an absolute favorite-jacket. I loved and wore it a lot over the past years, thats why it has to be replaced. I couldn’t find a jacket made of thin windstopper fleece with thumb-holes and pocket. Fleece seems to be wery long-haired, windstopper is only available in softshell, thumb-holes are very rare and a combination of all isn’t available at all. Now I accepted it has to be made of softshell, but I wanted to „save“ the cut and look part of the „Winterjackensewalong 2015“. So I made a pattern (without destroying) from the original and started bravely.

Nach einigen Trenn-und Anstückelaktionen habe ich nun tatsächlich eine mir passende Softshelljacke fabriziert, jippie! Mit dem Reißverschluss bin ich nicht zufrieden – aber das war so ein Gefriemel (ich habe den Kragen dummerweise zuerst von Außen angenäht und nicht von innen) musste dann trennen, murksen usw. und nun ists krumm.

After some seam separating and adding I fabricated a matching softshell-jacket, jippie! I’m not lucky with the zipper now but its that kind of blotching (fault was: I sew the collar on from the inside, first), I had to detach, attach and botch – and now its crooked.
